Snakehips: I can't comment on whether it's a good company to work for, but my point was that the package you quote seems to me to be pretty damn good for what appears to be a mid-level management position. I can't imagine what it must have been like when the gravy train was still here!

I am surprised to see the job discription as to facilitate communication to chief pilot,management at cx rarely communicate with employees.
