Goodbye CX MAN.
Sunday 30th Dec was the last day for the CX traffic and lounge staff based at MAN.
I would like to thank them all for their loyalty, hard work and dedication to CX over the last 10 years, I sincerely hope the future is bright in your careers outside CX. It was a sad reflection on CX that not one HKG or UK based manager could have been there to say thank you in person. SHAME ON YOU. I realise people may have been preparing for the New Year but LHR is only a 1 hour flight away. These people deserved more. |
I did not know it was so soon for their arses to get kicked out.
The team were great, really nice and helpful right from 1989. Its a viable route but we all know what management is like. Guess its different team, different dream I like to wish them the best as well. |
If true, local lad, then absolutely appalling no one bothered to turn up and thank the team there for their efforts over the last 10 years. I am a
bit surprised, the CX UK incumbent boss is one of the more people minded of our Lords and masters. |
So things don't look good for a CX return to MAN then?
|
Not in 2002, but apparently it is on the big plan to comeback!

Well lets hope it returns soon, the old brushwing will be a welcome sight back at MAN.
|
Spanners - are the lads leaving their kit in the boxes then ?
