Will you upgrade ot not?

A very interesting question has been asked, but noone has answered.
You have said goodbye to 52 fellow pilots.
Will you advance your yourself by accepting an upgrade or train a newcommer before this issue is resolved. Regardless if you were up for the promotion or not?
