Recruiting cockpit crew

Ladies and Gents,

I am planning to start a specialized search practice to assist airlines in recruiting pilots. Just want to get some feedback from you folks.

How can a recruiter assist cockpit crew in the recruitment process (other than getting more $)?

What is the wish list from the cockpit?

Do pilots usually apply directly to airline?

Your 1 Q :try to break the conditions,such
I have'nt seen Asian pilot got a
chance to work for Major,specially
in Europe(JAR),etc-etc

Your 2 Q :Heavy,basic and condition
Your 3 Q :Not always.
