15 months ago CX was paying 42 senior pilots to leave (with the last one gone very recent)

Now we are so 'short of people' that they have to extend Captains past normal retirement age, on B scale salaries!

Was this part of the cost savings plan from the beginning.

They really know how to keep people pissed off.

B-scale instead of A-scale. The difference can hire a SO.

Promoting a FO to Capt. (ASCALE) SO to FO And hiring a new SO is the way this seniority based system works.

Extensions on lower conditions is undermining the fututre of the Aircrew profession.

So where is your logic Satcom, or is 'Satcom lost'
