aust based pilots win?
 

I heard a rumour that Australia CX pilots had won their case against the Aust ATO. Is this so or is it still ongoing?
If it's still a work in progress could you please email me the name of the case so I can follow it's progress.
Good luck with it regardless the Aust ATO needs reform, and some decent guidelines re oversea's workers of which there are more and more, not just in aviation.
