Yes, successful bid for China Airlines 747-200F. will go to Xiamen in Feb for conversion to KA spec. 5th freighter now being sourced. Recruitment continues both for MAN base and HKG on the pax fleet.

Will this one crack and fall out of the sky?

Don't think this one will crack up! It is one of the last 200s (if not the last) made and came off the -400 line with stronger (-400) wings and much uprated weights. Should proove to be an excellent addition to the fleet once the flight deck has all the upgraded kit fitted. :O

Will there be freighter services to the US and will this involve US bases.

Also, will the A330 be doing oz and will this involve oz bases.

1) Yes....-400s will go to west coast first and when more on line to the east coast too. -400s should arrive 2006/7.
