I've heard that if you can cold-heartedly stab your mates in the back, then you're in!

Flex,
You wouldn't be talking about all those that have taken upgrades now would you!!!!!! Pot calling the kettle black??? |
Dear old Flex, gotta give credit where it's due - you're consistent. The group exercise is simply a CRM game played over about an hour and observed by a couple of facilitators. Not necessarily always the same one but always like any old CRM game you have played before - identify the problem, look for facts, look for ideas and then put it all together. No mensa biggie and fearless leaders who tramp all over team mates will not score well. And anyone with a knife!!!!! Looking as usual for team work, logic and problem solving skills. Actually quite fun if you allow yourself to get into the spirit of it.

Assume absolutely nothing! Names may be misleading. Read the profiles and the objective of the exercise carefully!
It is a leadership reaction drill. Take charge if there is none, follow good ideas from others, put forth your good ideas, and know the difference between good and bad. As mentioned earlier, it can actually be fun. Watch what you say, it may come back later, like in my case. Good luck! Inertia, inertia, inertia!!! Don't let it get you! |
Professional Pilots do not view CRM as a game.
