So, after about 20 company drum roll- mails, what's the expectation? What is fair, what is a re-run of the old " or 3000HK$ whichever is less" scam" ?

After seeing what EK and Singapore pay, I say anything below 10 weeks is just another insult..

Such a dumb profit sharing scheme management also intentionally included the customer ENPS score which is already super low due to their own f*ck ups to take a significant portion of the bonus from staff. Oh they just revamped the asia miles SCAM which will piss off even more high paying customers. And by the way even MTR, a Hong Kong based bean counting company gives up to 16 weeks of bonus.

Who pays more and offers better benefits to expats out of CX and SIA?

Not sure if they have expats at all? Maybe Malaysians?

I’m sure they’ll find a way to screw everyone out of profit share

Also, when considering profit share against others, will it be x weeks of basic salary?
