AAOA Comms?????

Why is it that any meaningful, thoughtful, critical comms don’t come from the HKAOA? Is anyone there? I suspect not. Are we joining the AAOA now?

Why have we not seen the recommendation for the pay offer from AOAE?

Maybe a bit too contentious. Perhaps some hope that nobody finds out?

I hope you mean "pay" cut right. In these situations and with all business in HK tanking I'm budgeting for a cut as well as announcements of huge redundancies (layoffs)..

There have been over 200 new joiners in 2019, they’re hiring DEFO’s presently, announcing to take all of HKA’s surplus pilots, and advertising hiring 200+ new
cadets in 2020 and continuing to hire DEFO’s. Things can surely change in a moment, but there have been zero indications of that, as of yet.
