In the case of a takeover, CX would likely lose a huge portion of the current talent set and human capital. China needs this talent desperately, so they are between a rock and a hard place. That is true for all of HKG’s talent. It is far more complex, than meets the eye. Chill and wait is probably the best policy - for now. |
Talent...? bwahahahahaha. From the top down this airline has nothing but mediocrity. The current situation is well proof of that. Air China must look at us with cold contempt. Talent, you need to look elsewhere.
