List of pilots that have left
I think someone should post the HKAOA list of pilots that have left recently, on Yammer for the rest of the company to see. |
Well. Crack on then. Somebody. ? |
Better to post the list of 2 and 3 Captain crewed flights ( non training) . So we can see how those " forced" pineapples really got there in the first place.
Ooooo that's gotta hurt. So close to a victory... And then pooof.... It's all gone like that! 4 years for what? |
Spot on RAT! WTF were they thinking...... |
Best we never forget who those ‘pineapples’ are!

And with the new voting system put in place by RF and the apathy of the members how will the TB ever get voted out. And those who pushed for the new voting to stick it to the GC have now upped and joined training. Bwahaahaahaa
You couldn't make this stuff up. |
Voting Sys ??

You couldn't make this stuff up. Can't vote if you're not a member...... #WalkAway from the #AOA (BTW if you're wondering why the level of apathy is what it is, thank the AOA and think Teressa May) , |
The only list that matters is the one of pilots leaving the AOA. Soon there will be no money in the coffers to pay the office staff. A union is only as good as it's representatives, and when your reps try to sue their own members.... Well I don't think that's a union. Best thing you can do is give yourself a 1.25% pay raise and walk away from the disaster project.
|
You’re obviously on the right planet for your intellect, a union is only as good as its member’s resolve, the representatives express that resolve to the company. Given the severe spinelessness of CX cockpit crew, the reps are always on a hiding to nothing. |
How about a list of pilots who took training positions during the training ban?
|
There are many who would like to go into training, but won't...
|
Small cog. That is what a union is for: to establish a common strategy that is then adhered to for the strategic benefit of the whole. Otherwise, why have a union. The ban is still on, and we know who has broken it. They are likely responsible for fatally undermining four years of effort and sacrifice. All for their own selfish greed. The company has even less reason to award any increase in pay and benefits to the pilot group as a whole, but hey, the few weak characters that have now thrown their colleagues under the bus will at least get theirs.

Trouble is, even Castro knew when enough was enough. |
You didn’t mention the singer of them all, the AFAP and Australian domestic pilots in 1989. |
Quite right Dan. The company has won this round, but only with the help of a group of Quislings. You only have one reputation, and these cretins have thrown theirs away for all time. Each one chose to trash the efforts and sacrifices of every AOA member who has held fast. To each one of you, you will be known for your weakness and selfishness. And please, don't even attempt to convince me that you were 'forced'. Don't embarrass yourselves further.

What ban? It isn’t the pilots who’ve left that’s funny, it’s all those who have joined training during the ban and refused to leave the AOA and we can’t throw them out. And everyone turns a blind eye to it. I’d suggest more people have left the AOA in protest to people breaking the ban and remaining in the AOA than have left the AOA to join training. If you can’t be forced out then why bother resigning, you get to have your cake and eat it too. I’ve lost track of how many new trainers have told me it’s not a ban it’s a choice. |

If you know of these people why not repost them to the AOA? Most that have been resigning have been due to the AOA opening investigations into them. |
