Put it this way - he's a gamekeeper turned poacher, or vice versa. Think how upset you would be if the GS joined CX management, but in reverse. If DP and AT have intelligence, they will be very concerned

Seriously? Did you not read the thread above? He is a replacement for someone who recently resigned. Its not an extra spend per say, its keeping the aoa at the correct staff level.

To say that he is our new secret weapon is just plain stupid. Even if RH suddenly became assistant manager of people services it wouldn't change a thing.

A previous poster said he is a replacement for someone who left. Who left? Is the pay going to be the same?

Amazing that no one seems to care how their money gets spent.

The first thing KC should definitely do is some sort of morale booster program.
My personal favourite is source and "sell" (profit goes into HKAOA coffers) a "Make CX Great Again" baseball cap... (#MCXGA).. Everyone can wear them to work and meetings with 3rd floor types + DFO..
