Discrimination again

We may consider to "thank" the GMISD for giving a lesson of discrimination to the cabin crew

You can't make this stuff up. Of course, there is no outrage strong enough to rile the CX pilots to action. Think 'cat' and 'cream' . Pathetic.

Oh man, a pen! That's what was missing in my life....
I wonder if they come in yellow...

Trafalgar 27th Dec 2017 15:41

...haha...it used to be a cheap nasty watch, now....only a pen. Gee, I missed out, where can I get one? Remember, RH is enjoying his Christmas break, with his almost doubled salary and bonus. Make sure you get to dispatch early to check the paperwork though, and shave a few kilos from the fuel. Those of you going to work today, hear the sound of that hammer driving the last nails into your career aspirations (and those of your family's future). At least you will have solace in knowing that RH and AT are satisfied with their careers, thanks to the individual weakness of thousands of CX pilots. Shame.

LongTimeInCX 27th Dec 2017 22:40

It appears the CX cabin crew, along with being ticked off that KA cabin crew received some nice/useful gift, are ticked off to the extent there is a collection box for all the CX cabin crew to dump their super expensive thanks for all your hard work 50c pen with a light, so that their ISD GM can donate it to some NGO in a 3rd world country.
Another spectacular cx own goal.
You couldn't make this up.

Trafalgar 27th Dec 2017 23:29

Again, the cabin crew showing the way forward. How does it feel to be a member of the most pathetically weak pilot body in the industry? Even the RyanAir pilots finally stood up for themselves. After the 13th month insult, I thought that we would finally show some substance in our rejection of the management policies. It appears that the majority of CX pilots are happy being treated with contempt and disrespect. At least the cabin crew are fighting for some dignity. :ugh:

We all put posts on Yammer....what more do you want?

Trafalgar 27th Dec 2017 23:45

:ok: That has them running scared.

cxorcist 28th Dec 2017 02:18

Exactly! Yammer is serving its intended purpose as a way to vent in place of actual action. You pilots who think it means anything are dunces.

checklistcomplete 28th Dec 2017 03:01

Yammer is the modern day equivalent of the Japanese Punch Bag which used to adorn every Japanese business headquarters. Employees could go in and punch their frustrations away on punch bags with their bosses faces painted on them.

Just like Yammer, nothing was every done about these frustrations but it served it's purpose.

mngmt mole 28th Dec 2017 04:01

If the 700+ people who commented on Yammer would show their frustration in a way that management would notice, then something would change. Apparently all we are good for is 'aggressive arguing'. Truly speechless at the lack of fortitude and character in my fellow colleagues. Sad to say, but true on the evidence. It appears that most are blind to the fact that not taking individual action now is guaranteeing a strong and sustained attack by management in the coming months. It will be too late then to do anything about it. They are watching to see what happened over the holidays. They now have no reason to hold back. Everyone needs to look in the mirror, this week, and decide if that outcome is worth fighting against. If not now, then never. Simple choice. Your 'career' is effectively over if you don't take action. This is not a game.

My Mrs was saying that bottles of cream were being nicked out of bloody lockers at work!
