Executive Leadership Course for Dummies
 
Wouldn't this course be a priority before assuming the role of DFO? If you need to do this course 3 years after taking up your position, you royally screwed both the company and the pilots from day dot.

I think you're overreacting. I mean the DFO disappearing for 7 weeks at a time equal to any previous crisis at least. Just proves she was already recognised as being totally ineffectual surely?
