HKA selection process
 

Greeting ladies/gents,

I do not want to turn this into an HKA bashing thread, after much investigation, I have decided I would really like to work for them. I recently completed the HKA selection in Hong Kong. All in all, I found the selection process really good, very friendly people, no unreasonable questions in the management interview and the sim check was kept realistic for a non type rated candidate. Does anyone have any idea as to how long you can expect to wait for an offer of employment/start date once you have received the 'congratulations, you have been successful....' Email? Thanks in advance for any info you are able to provide.

No bashing from me. From what i've been hearing, HKA is working to offer a better alternative than CX (although that shouldn't be difficult at this point...). Good luck and best wishes for your career.
