So the sloppiness and lateness indicates just how trivial communicating with the plebeians really is.

They don't want to communicate with us in any meaningful way but they do want to be seen to be trying.

Careless and sloppy - especially when they must know we hold them all in such low esteem.
Probably another employee satisfaction survey on the horizon, just trying to see if they can go lower than last time.

Who writes this sh#t?
“After the transfer of title our teams will be working late into the night on Friday to get the aircraft to Cathay’s e-enabled standards, installing EFBs (electronic flight bags), computers, safety certification and our own customised software,” says Clive.
It shouldn't be that late a night! How hard is it to wedge an iPad into the side window panel.
“This will be the quickest delivery ever done for the A350 which is a great reflection of all the hard work done by everyone in Toulouse, from Cathay and Airbus alike.”
Don't you mean the quickest delayed delivery in history. 4 months of sitting idle with no defects to repair, now that is impressive. I guess Z0diac gave its employees four months off or transferred them to there explosive weapons devision.

we have a variation to the FTL's which allows us to carry a fatigue trained dog, which will bark and growl if you fall asleep. The dog is allowed to take controlled rest.
