What is the point of a training ban that hasn't been approved by all unions ??

If HKG pilots refrain from applying for training posts , but subsequently simply get replaced by based guys, what has been achieved ?

This could cause bad blood among each other..

The more BIFFO's and Boguns checking and training us the better!

Non-Association members are pretty low down on my priority scale too.

STW, The point would be the vast majority that are able to apply are HKAOA members....
One step at a time, worry about the bad blood later.
