What happened to PEOPLE campaign??? Frankly, did it not work so we are having a new one? I don't honestly get the direction of the new commercials. Can we start a serious discussion here and shed some thoughts? Excited to see how everyone think! :ok:

I think the commercials are a bit more interesting than the standard Asian carrier ones.
The point I took from it was, that travel is chaotic, but once on our airplanes, everything is alright, simply put.
Certainly better than the latest Cathay commercials.

Although I do miss the old 'arriving in better shape' ones, complete with 80s hairstyles, awesome!

They even managed to get a quote from an F/O saying how insignificant pilots are. Great stuff:ugh:

Virgin can pull the brand punches pretty well but sadly, they don't consistently deliver in the real world.. Their LHR HKG sector is generally a shocker, relying on the Branson hype of the 90's!!! Makes CX look a little tame but that's conservative Swires all over....

If you want good advertising, you have to look to BA. I particularly like this one - it glorifies pilots, and has VC10s!
