Anyone in their first 3 or 4 years must be made to realise that what is going on now is SOP and the behaviour only declines over time. Whilst there are bad experiences worldwide, I can assure you that in my opinion you are experiencing the worst of the worse when it comes to playing loose with peoples futures. If the media hacks, bloggers, company stooges and 'the wider Cathay community' don't like what CX pilots earn for their skills and safety record, they can go fly with a mainland carrier or a 'low cost' for all I care. And I'm sure Malaysian and Asiana are offering good deals right now.
