Staff Travel for Resignees

How long do you need to be in CX to receive staff travel after you resign?

Age limit or years of service??

cabin crew do 10 ten years then wait till they hit there retirement contract age

flight deck 15 years and same(?) possibly its either in your cos or travel policy
