I count 9 - or maybe 10...

Looking forward to the day when there are none...

Trouble is, they come back to haunt you; Australia's head of CASA for instance, who participated in the Star Chamber, the most cowardly act of pilot against pilot I have observed during four decades in aviation.

His ugly mug pops up on the monthly 'CASA Update', with his 'message' full of touchy-feely baloney mixed with tough talk about regulatory reform (there are several interesting threads regarding the time and taxpayers' dollars this has taken on 'Dunnunda GA and Questions').

P.S. There are persistent rumours that #10 is 'under the pump' and may be looking at a change of lifestyle...

This is what I always think of when I think of the screaming skull

Wilkinson? The fly past ace? Wasn't he washed out from Korean Air some time ago?

VR-HFX 28th Nov 2011 07:19

Calvin...don't think so. He went to QR and is FM on the 777 I understand.

Chuck Canuck 28th Nov 2011 07:31

Wilkinson...well saw his name on the KAL foreign recruits list and heard from 7th floor guys he didn't make the cut!

Keep your enemies even closer than your friends - a lot of Star Chamber info came to light because of a certain someone.

Very true, but that individual didn't do it for US, but in fact it was to get revenge against THEM. But, we did get some benefit from the revelations. I still have my copy.

NR once said to us, I am not your problem. If you get rid of me, there will be another replacement Manager along that will do the same job on you. Rather chilling words and I fear and perhaps, rather truthful words from NR for once in his demented life...

Mr Wilkinson was for a period B777 FM at QR , returned to Line Flying Duties about a year ago I think.

May the farce be with you
