Darling

Never heard of water galaxy til now. What country is it from? So you reckon it is better than the two I mentioned above?

Diamond water filtration systems.

Google Daimond water filtration systems. It's a Japanese system, very happy with ours. We are on an outplaying island and the village pipes is 20 years old.

Hits80,

They have been in Hong Kong for many years.

Would certainly suggest a "reverse osmosis" system.

Water Galaxy has good service, and a good product. I have used them 5 times now and can recommend them.

Have a look at their RO-05 system online, although better to go into shop.

Hong Kong water quality is not all that terrible - there is very little if any organic matter - i.e. bacteria in the water - biggest issue is chlorine and other chemicals and metals.

So what you want is something that takes out the chemicals , metals ( due old pipes ) and any organic matter ( unlikely but possible) that may be still in the water.

Best - and by far most cost effective - is a ceramic system. Don't waste your time with complex pressured or revers osmosis systems.

Get a Fairey/ Doulton setup. Simple and easy to install. Water tastes great. Environmentally friendly filters too.
