EFP

Where the devil have CX hidden the EFP rates in the manuals.

Cannot find la...

:uhoh:

Blogsey 25th Jul 2011 03:50

No rates per se, formula to work it out is in Sched 2 of your contract (or it is in mine anyway...)

Blogsey

Thanks Blogsey,

i thought somwhere in the manuals was the formula for
84.1 hours up to 92(?)= XX rate
92.1 up to 96 (?)= XX rate
etc

Anyone?

jed_thrust 25th Jul 2011 04:17

Didn't Blogsey just answer your question??

Hellooo?

PS I'll give you a clue: it's in Schedule 2 of my contract as well.

edited for spelling.

broadband circuit 25th Jul 2011 06:29

What's EFP??

I am never given more than 83.9 hrs, so I have no need to know where to find these so called "EFP rates", but I looked, and they are actually in schedule 2 of my contract as well. Go figure.

MACH.88 25th Jul 2011 23:13

As was said by previous posters, just take a look at Schedule 2 of your COS and you should find it there.

Thanks to those with genuine answers.

Next Q...where on intracx is the contract page for viewing?

Thanks

The Messiah 26th Jul 2011 02:19

Surely slipslopslut you can't be this stupid or lazy, but in case you are you were given a hard copy of your COS when you joined, but you can't ask people on here where you put it, or failing that have a look at the left hand side toolbar on crewdirect.:ugh:

Messiah

Hey pal,
I can ask whatever question I want.

Who the f%$k are you, d!ckh$%d

The Messiah 26th Jul 2011 04:00

Awesome, so you are too stupid or lazy to know where your own contract is but I'm the d!ckh$%d? I think I've flown with you

slipslopslut 26th Jul 2011 04:06

You have flown with me Messiah,
I had to take over control...remember!

The Messiah 26th Jul 2011 04:21

Yeah you sound like a real ace :ok:

cxorcist 26th Jul 2011 05:03

Something for all to note...

My understanding is that part of the 2011 payrises is the inclusion of HDP in EFP payments. So while in the past EFP was determined solely by salary divided by 84, it is now salary plus HDP divided by 84 times the 1.5, 2.5, or 3.5. HDP is also PF-able, but EFP still is not.

Happy to be corrected...

Thankyou very much sir, or madam.

Great help.

I can't stand flying with people that don't know their AFTLS or their COS!

No wonder the company continues to run rings around us...

:ugh:

fire wall 27th Jul 2011 20:22

Hey Jed, can I expand on that to read:
Don't know their AFTL's, COS,working on a G day (because I had to answer the phone, or I accidently logged on to Crew Direct) and too scared to fill out an ASR-F because I want to keep a low profile because my command is coming up (date of joining 2008 ! ----- what are you smoking son?)
Professionalism in it's purest form.
Grow a pair !

Why do you sound so surprised Blogsey?

Sand Man 28th Jul 2011 11:20

Just tried to get into Payment Details to work out my EFP and each time I get pushed back to CD home page. Never seen this before, are they now hiding hours worked?

PNM 28th Jul 2011 12:00

Hi Sand Man. I've done a lot of hours this month, and I'm not having that problem.

All times are GMT. The time now is 02:38.
