Optometrist recommendation anyone?

Yeah, it's a bit of a boring thread, but can anyone recommend an optometrist in Hong Kong?

It's been a few years since my last checkup and I think the old eyeballs are in need of a thorough examination--Too many long flights through the middle of the night, I suspect...
