First, repeatedly tell the staff how dire and desperate the situation is, and are vaguely lead them to believe that the very existence of the airline and their jobs is in danger.

This ex-pilot seems to have very serious "little man issues". Was he ever bullied does anyone know?

Does he really miss the irony of how unbelievably over paid he is in his little "follow me" routine? I suspect he is trying to outdo his hoe boy O'Leary who apparently roared laughing today announcing 100 job losses at Ryan Air without redundancy offers " we don't DO redundancies". These "leaders" are utterly vile, lack vision and their egos are writing checks that I suspect Air Safety will not continue to cash. Demoralising their staff will bite them , or us big time on the ass.

Now I don't mean to be rude but could it be a coincidence both names are slang for p:mad:s in Ireland? What foresight their parents had.
