Put "the management on your Ignore list
 

I put him on my ignore list a month ago and haven't had to read the drivel he sprouts forth.

I suggest you all do the same.

I think enough crap has been written by him, don't you think?

I like what he has to say most of the time. He stimulates the conversation. You are taking him too seriously. He is not the problem.

Sad thing about CX pilots is they are intimidated by all forms of their management- even a pprune wind-up.

It's amazing that so called intelligent persons can rise to the position of airline captain and yet cannot recognise quite obvious satire....:rolleyes:

Not presuming to be as intelligent as the great Einstein in our ranks burning the "Midnight Oil", I would suggest that we all know "Management" is a wind up.
What he sais is provocative but it's also a bit too close to the bone and extremely repetative and tedious.
He makes us aware of our own limitations which isn't very clever if he really is an executive (I don't think he is).
I certainly agree that we shouldn't be taking him too seriously. After all we don't want to be fired do we?:ok:

If you put him (or her) on your ignore list you really take yourself to serious.....

You could do far worse than ignore ‘the management’: out him.
You’re searching for a nasty piece of work involved in management, a bully with a pathological dislike for the people serving the industry: pilots. A tragic individual driven by bonuses to compensate for the misery of knowing that he is universally disliked by those around him.
