Believe it or not, that is managements' mission.

Many of us are so caught up in the day to day arguments and fighting over the pecking order (courtesy of management's dirty little tricks), that we can't see where the whole she-bang is heading (so much wood around here that I can't see the trees).

"The Management" is trying to get us to think ahead and consider what the long term play strategy is, so we won't wake up in a year or so, with an intense sense of deja vu.
