ATP Conversion Question

What is the procedure for converting a US ATP to a HK ATP? I am looking at a course date in Aug or Sep for DEFO and would like to know what I may study or prepare for the tests and such associated with the conversion. In fact, for those at CX, what (if anything) would you reccomend for preparation prior to class in HK?
