Seems that CX management is trying desperately tofind a link between the WTC disaster and the AOA. Then they can say that it was all their fault.

Try-Boeing-try a lot lot harder. Your first post is unsubstantiated, unfunny, disrespectful, especially to those touched by the NY tragedy, immature and without conscience.
