However, yet again, it’s outstanding how there has been zero recognition of the pilot and cabin crew group/team who have been living genuine nightmare conditions on the coal face. (The Betsy award to flight crew for bringing blankets to a 6 year old smacks of disingenuousness.)

Do we, cabin crew and pilots, not deserve proper recognition too?
