Another kick in the nuts. Bin the JCR Framework agreement

Company will implement JCR following '...the principles of fair share.' HKAOA Frame Work agreement now history.

Anyone care to define fair share? Company will roster as they see fit, requests will mean nothing. Just been forced back to HKG off a base and think you will be able to commute? Not going to happen.

Just when you think they have taken everything, they find something else to screw us over with.

JCR and commute

Commuting? You are right that will be impossible, already the company won’t let even freighter guys to ride PX to and from leave on the freighter as they were allowed to do so until CHP and the other lunatics launched their warfare V2 against pilots in late January. People have been asking for SLV to join it with AL the last few months to travel and visit family and it has been denied even though this people were accounting for quarantine upon return using the skeleton flights that are left. So the company issues base closure for CAN , then potentially other bases , then a VSS for HKG, visas are in limbo ... pax travel will not happen this year as the company stated in the comms... slashed 777X orders to between 10-15... FFS . One thing was dealing with the govt lunatics and now with management as well...

Fair share just means the choice of pilot will be local rather than expat if the monthly hours threshold is to be crossed.
