We have managed to promote everyone up there to at least one or two levels beyond their competence levels. Hence, we suffer from them doing everything BUT that which is desperately needed. Considering most 777 pilots are on 900 hours a year I think the sickness rate is quantified. That tool, talking about FRMS etc has his small rango looking noggin buried in his nether region
