With all the Hullabaloo about CX woes and the demise of HKA finances some of you aircrews may think of jumping ship into HKA.
Well unless you are a Filipino, don''t bother.
The road into training and checking is all reserved for Filipino.
Only Filipino are selected by some mysterious process for up-grade training for Command.
Flight Ops may look diverse yet they are powerless to the Filipino gang that surrounds them.
CAD have ignored all violations and do not scrutinise experience and qualifications.
Now that the AOC has been issued the ""Gweilo"" experience and professionalism is no longer required and pushed out for the low cost Filipino to fill.
Filipino are only checked by other Filipino and CAD allow all of this to happen.
How the Immigration Dept allows this violation against Hong Kong permanent residents is hard to believe.

Well if there are issues with the upgrades, especially when there is skullduggery with a certain south Asian nationality, I am sure if you have enought evidence of the on going rout, then put a cat amongst the pigeons, bypass CAD and go direct to ICAC.
I had a quick look at the ICAC website and their mission statement would suggest they'd probably have an interest.
There are several Court cases ongoing against HKA at the moment. Its the norm. They've had many, and usually lose.
They never learn. The arrogance is beyond belief.
