What happened to curtain rod and Trafalgar

After a flurry of entertaining posts and in some cases, raw and spot on evaluation of things happening in the fragrant harbour scene.... It seems they have gone silent... Almost missing in action. Have they been silenced by a social media policy? Or have they gone to greener grass somewhere else?

I was wondering the same thing. Traf made it very easy to identify himself through his posts so I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he was gagged.

Not to worry, i'm still here. I've been off "unfit" :-) for the past few months. I'll be back soon enough. Needless to say, I will have a lot to drivel on about. The latest changes to the sickness policy, management changes, rostering/pay etc. Never a dull moment in the worlds most dysfunctional airline. Thanks for thinking about me. Cheers, Traf.

Trafs 62, but then you knew that didnt you Kitsune. plonker. Perhaps debate the current situation. (And btw, i doubt many people would ask after you if you stopped posting for a while, unlike Traf)

Thanks for the consideration everyone. I must admit, having been off work for a few months has been hugely therapeutic, not the least of which is gaining some distance from the appalling level of dysfunction that is CX. Didn't mean to go into silent mode, but it was nice not having any involvement of any kind for a bit of time. Needless to say, things haven't improved in my absence. It has been instructive however to appreciate that once you turn your back on CX, the feeling of relief and peace that overcomes you is like a drug. Almost wish I wasn't coming back. I envy those who have made the decision to leave...

You have my admiration and respect. This airline sucks the very lifeblood from nearly everyone who it employs. There is not a single happy employee in this company. Even those that profess they are "happy" are only faking it. No one could be satisfied with the lies, intimidation, threats, dysfunction, chaos, cheating, incompetence, misery and despair that emanates from every facet of this failed airline. Brought to you courtesy of the Swire's and their sycophantic management. As I have stated many times before: if you can obtain employment back home, with a reputable and stable airline, make the move as quick as you can. You, your career and your families sanity and security depend on it. Kudos to all who have taken that step already.

Really?

Most of the pilots I fly with seem happy. I certainly am.

Well I don’t know , I understand that some people who are into S&M actually pay money to be abused by someone with a whip . Yet here we all are and we are getting paid to be abused . Seems like a good gig to me
Just for clarification , I am being facetious

I'm with you Jason. I'm also very happy in Cathay, as is everyone I fly with.

Trafalgar, I suggest you don't come back- you seem alot happier.
