Gnad has a point here. 90% of contributors here are CX. Even discussions not about CX issues get twisted back to be about CX somehow. As such there can be some false or misleading claims made about other carriers ( KA COS in this case) which can become accepted as fact simply because there is no voice to challenge it on this forum. Gnad tends to be that voice.
Many people cherry pick aspects of KA's COS to envy or complain about. In reality, I doubt there is much difference.
