Shady company

Hi everyone,

I recently heard from a reliable source that the following private jet pilots placement company, Asia-Pacific Pilots, has defrauded from HK and is now illegally operating under the name 24-7 Pilots from Bali (using an address in BVI).

If I were you I would be very cautious as this company has an on-going lawsuit in HK since the so called CEO has failed to turn up to two injunctions, banning himself from entering HK.

Do not hesitate to post here if you hear anything related to this topic. No one wants a fella pilot to be the target of authorities and lose their hard-earned licence for a few quick bucks.

Hi Frank,

Didn't they take off back at the begging of 2016 to a 3rd world country because of some bad reputation already in HK?

Yes, I heard the same from another source. They used to pay their pilots very well, and then they started scamming and giving back less and less.
I been told the owner of the company is a massive liar and manipulator. I think his name is Gordon or something like that.
Would love to see how that lawsuit goes! Keep me posted!

Hi Catch,

I believe 2017 but that doesn't really matter as the scam remains the same. And yes again you're right they insult pilots paying them very low wages and pocketing a juicy commission (which, to be fair, is the rule of the game to make money).

What's insulting is they charge high and pay low, thus torpedoing the value of pilots and the market price.

I stick to the main point though warning people to avoid working for them as the legality of their operations looks seriously doubtful.

I will keep you posted on the proceedings.
Cheers!

The truth is the owner of 24-7 who was the founder of Asia-Paciifc along with all the staff got fed up with his drunkenness and in ability to do his job and had no choice but to leave. You can see his ex drunk partner sitting outside a bar pissed every day in Wanchai. we used to see him when leaving the office As for the legal side I have no idea but sure they have it worked out.

As far as I know 24-7 is going and still paying the same and looking after pilots.
