CX 3 man LRO failure

So CX Management have now admitted what we all knew from the beginning. 3 Man to Europe would never work, removes flexibility and ends up costing more, compared to having a relatively cheap SO on board. (No offense to the SOs)

So the whole reason for cancelling RP07 to take manning levels out, was a MASSIVE F#@K up and has cost the company calculable amounts of revenue.

When are we going to see heads roll in senior management for their mistakes!

NW, why are your surprised. With all the corruptions and covers ups from them, I am not even surprised why ICAC hasn't even stormed their office. ICAC has launched an investigation on HKCAD and not on CX? Another family run business maybe?

So, AT stripped away RP's in order to implement 3-man. Now, with the epic failure of that policy, I assume RP's will be quickly reinstated....(crickets...). I suppose the past two years of labour strife that this caused (CC) was worth it Anna?? Are you the caboose at the back end of the Chu Chu train that is now leaving the station? A bit more house cleaning to do yet Rupert....

It's about time that this management team actually started to listen to their pilots . It's a funny thing that we have been proved right on so many occasions yet they will never accept it . A bit like the democrats who hate Trump so much that they will only be obstructionist no matter what Trump proposes . Nothing that he can do is acceptable .
It would be better to have a pilot DFO So hopefully AT bought a ticket on the Chu Chu

Oh how I would love to have a management team in place that we all had confidence in.

This place is an absolute mess. Its one thing after another with these clowns.

I doubt our new CEO will be any different to the rest of the f**ktards we have had. They are all sticking their heads in the sand and hoping the problem will magically go away. I agree with Trafalgar - far more house cleaning to do - like getting rid of the incumbent Chinese managers.

Personally I believe the new CEO will continue to try and smash a square peg into a round hole and call it progress. Anna will continue her crap promotion of **** solutions.

I am hopeful...but I won't be surprised when more of the same worthless crap continues.

The issue is you have a bunch of people pulling in a bunch of different directions; each with their own agenda. And an uncanny propensity not to tell the truth of the situation you are in and what you need. Or admit that you were wrong and need to try something else.

And that stealing good ideas is no crime--listening to others who've been there and found something that works is a good thing (even if these ideas are much different than your own).

This is coupled with 'top down' edicts of just about everything with little want or ability for critical information to flow in the other direction (much less be acted upon). A bunch of messengers who cannot or do not want to help steer the ship in the right directions. But would rather issue dictatorial edicts in their little sub-empire and keep their head down.

You don't know what you don't know and it's sometimes very right to be very wrong (and promptly admit it). The nice thing about experience is that you get to be wrong enough that one more time isn't really a big deal (so long as you manage to stay alive along the way). But it's helpful to listen to others who are telling you you're headed for a collision (or down the wrong path) and fix it before you get there.

If you're always telling your boss how right he is you're not a particularly useful employee.
