Senior SI's

Absolute disgrace. Crawl back in your hole you sad, pathetic old men.

Way to undermine your former colleagues, showing your true colours.

Pathetic

You 2 are a couple of sad individuals !
Dilbert you chose your name well minus the ' bert'?
Why don't you worry about your own situation instead of bagging some senior SI's who have only been put in this predicament by your TB!

They have been put in this predicament?

I don't know what to say. Your suggesting they were forced to do this, no other options, they were placed in this situation by the TB so had to help. At 65+, 30 years getting the best the industry had to offer, they had no choice? Really?

How much money, accommodation and allowances is CX forking out to these wealthy old men, including an ex head of a national aviation regulator, just to sit in a lurching box and sign licences?

Do other regulators in countries we fly to recognise non-current has-been pilots signing off PCs?

Are these individuals just bored, or with no mates back home, or doing it for beer money?

Will I be fit for duty if rostered for a sim with one of these people?

So many questions...

Oh...... Yaawwwnnn! Blah Blah Blah! You guys are continuing to target everyone else for doing jobs that suit them. Why don't you just accept CC and TB are here forever and nothing will change. The CMP will be the next thing to be implemented and that will have a bigger impact again on your conditions of service and lifestyle. Just leave if you are that fed up. Stop suggesting you will call in Sick if you are rostered with these sim guys because we all know your the first to turn up just like during the 49ers all the fellas yelling sick out were on the 8 am bus to CX city the next morning in civi clothes only to change at work..... Absolute two faced and spineless the lot of ya.

No predicament at all, they voluntarily accepted to conduct PC's. They knew exactly what it would do but couldn't care less. As usual.

These sad old sufferers of Hotel California Syndrome in a 'predicament'???

I've heard of 'victimhood' but this takes the prize!

Dilbert is 100% correct. They are asked "will you do this" and they can reply yes/no. Therefore they volunteer to do this of their on volition.
There are over 70's running around to get their Class 1 medical back (and CX is making them pay for it on their own), AT is laughing her guts out.

Thoughtless self serving parasites, all......

Dibert, Dart,
You seem to like to use the word "sad", but you two are the saddos, as well as being bitter and twisted. Get a life.

Good on them for doing it. Its eating Humble pie really. A big pay drop, crappy hours and heaps of back of the clock. I don't think I could stomach it! But at least they have done the job for this airline and know what its like. Basically you get really good stuff from these guys and I am grateful they are willing to still impart their knowledge for half the pay. Really they are only doing a disservice to themselves. In the end itwill only benefit us so just be a little more grateful. Who knows one day at 2 am you will have your arse saved by one of these guys because they gave you one valuable bit of info that you have never heard before. The companies problems will not be solved by a few ex checkers staying on as SIM Instructors.

Not at UA. Have to be on the seniority list. That ends at 65.
