Getting this back on track

"Upgrades will recommence when candidates reach an acceptable level of standard, right now levels are not acceptable and candidates need more time and practice to reach an acceptable level of standard " we estimate this may take several more ....

SO to J/FO upgrades now to be postponed 8-10 months beginning 2nd qtr 2017 due to DEFO. No downside for company, keeps wages lower and nothing in COS 08 that prevents them from doing this. A real morale booster!

13th month will be paid.

Some AUS based pilots will convert to 777 beginning in Feb.

QL will count for RQ line check, if ATPL is already in possession - with required class and sim beforehand. streamlining training/checking events!

Company really wants to talk about the RP's that they unilaterally cancelled..... so that they can screw with us on the CMP. Jepp surprised we can't drop trips, and have no control of our roster.

CAD is to start using both runways for departing and arriving traffic beginning Jan 2017. Part of the new system I guess; increasing throughput.

Donald Trump and Hilary are friends.... and whoever wins, will get the other person out of jail.

I just don't undestand why check and trainers aren't quitting en masse. They are selling us out. Not only are they selling us out but themselves as well.

That Frenchie that someone brought up is a real treat. He cares only about himself and will climb over anyone to get to the top. He and AT are buddies and he spends a lotof his time on the third floor. We really need to watch out for him. Reminds me of our current GMF.

They dont understand themselves .
Swathes of them have just undertaken cheap checkers upgrades and bitterly complain about the current status quo
Totally hypocritical and beyond moronic

Problem is the momentum has gone and its dragged out too long. It was supposed to be short term pain, long term gain but now it feels like we're just chugging along with no direction or end goal.

Was it? You have said some pretty dickish things during your time here on pprune. But if you or anyone else for that matter thought CC would be around for less than 2-3 years, then you are a bigger fool than I thought you was.

You would think so Norm, I have flown with a few that haven't even considered QF as an option. Three words...Rocks In Head

170 positions at QF with only 500 applicants so far your odds have to be pretty good young fellas give it a go before you invest valuable seniority here at CX.
