Cessation of Labour Tribunal cases

Anyone of the yes voters care about this clause in Clause 7.

I personally am owed 280k from SHP, probably the same in FO bypass pay, and a little in the SO bypass pay case.

The Auckland guys will have to cease their case just before a winning result.

How is this even being allowed to go to a vote.

How many more cases are in the tribunal currently. can someone in the know please care to list them.

For all those that have faith in the company Think about the past culture:

We the pilots always try to do the upfront right thing like when you need days off for example. You contact the company and explain your needs. The result is you end up getting screwed and learn the lesson that you need to call in sick to get what you need most of the time.

Forget voting yes because its the right thing to do and you trust they will respect that. you will get burnt. Just vote NO in the same way they will say sorry that was the deal.

CR is spot on. If you read it with respect to past history He will be 1 million percent right!

Good luck... do the right thing for you and others and just vote NO

Shortly2, I see you popping up on different threads, acting the right little cheerleader for CX. That tells me a few things about you. 1) you've only been here 5 minutes, 2) you have probably already volunteered (numerous times) for the simulator trials, flashmob events, SO promotional videos. 3) your mother works in one of the offices. Basically, I can't help but have a mental image of you sitting at CLK on your days off in your pilots uniform and smiling and following the pretty girls when they come into the terminal hoping they notice you are wearing a uniform. Your comments reek of immaturity and naivety. Why don't you go and play outside and let the adults sort this out. There's a good boy....

Trafalgar you are so wrong it is almost humorous. Been here a coons age. Only recently been embarrassed to be a pilot because of nasty mouthed redneck clowns like you posting rubbish on an anonymous forum. Of course I am, in the main, a supporter of the company that feeds me and mine. You should be also. Sorry also a copy.
