They seem to have an endless supply of well qualified Malasian Pilots to hire from at the moment, so why would they offer more? No desperation and that is what it takes for us to get a pay raise.
I bet that's why they are running roadshows in Europe at the moment.

They seem to be advertising on aviationjobs.me and their own website shows positions available.

Always amuses me when they fail to provide remuneration guidance. They just want you apply blind?

Exactly DB! Either quit training Traf or get off your soap box!

Every new hire you train is another nail in the coffin of your current benefits package (and mine)

Resign from training or please STFU.

DB is spot on. Those training their much cheaper replacements can't see past the tip of their own noses. They may be long Pinocchio noses, but that won't matter in 10 years time when the cadet-run HKAOA throws you under the bus financially. It may not even take that long. HK will become cadet haven (not heaven mind you) while bases become the last bastion for those holding on to retire with some assemblance of self respect and worth. Those tipping their noses up as trainers now will have no one to blame but themselves. Better to tuck your chin in and put your hard hats on. That's the only thing that will save us now.

Qualifications to join HKA

I am a RJ pilot flying ERJ145 in USA with less than 500 hrs. I am looking forward to HKA coming to North America in May2017. What qualifications are they looking for ? Where can I find more info about their requirements?
What is the whole recruiting process like ?

Thanks to anybody who can help.

Hardly the fault of HKA, read the redacted report here: Commission of Inquiry into Excess Lead Found in Drinking Water

And bring your own KY jelly, and a crash helmet.
Please disregard Globocnik enthusiasm lest he* leads you astray, far from me to comment on personal preferences, suffice to say the majority won't find this advice appropriate.

Agreed, them an everyone else, let me know when you've changed the world, I'll buy you a beer.
