Any bus drivers out there know why 11 A330's have been grounded?

A maintenance directive that had expired slipped through the net requiring a 4 - 5 hour inspection on effected aircraft I was told.

Dragonair had 7 A330s grounded. Sheer chaos. No explanation from management. Crews returned to hotels. Pax told anything but the truth.
Many flights still being cancelled or delayed many hours due operational factors.

3 days later and Dragonair still not owning up. Come clean, you screwed up and some one in management needs to take it on the chin. Yeah , I forgot this is the Swire gravy train for sycophancy.

Where is the SCMP ? Try @Kahouse, oh err line engaged .

No problem, I'm sure the management bonus pool will not be affected.
