Shark fins

I see from today's SCMP, Cathay have yet to implement the ban on transporting shark fins, despite proclaiming to the world over a year ago that they were banning the carriage of them . Isn't it sad how Qantas & Air NZ successfully brought in immediate bans, yet we have taken more than a year under the weak pretense of working with the shark fin industry to ensure sustainability. Profits ahead of doing the right thing??
