Very hard to watch !! my deepest sympathies go to all the crew who lost their lives and their families who have to live with this nightmare

RIP to those lost. You can see the crew were trying hard.

I know I'll be taking a few extra minutes to make very sure the main deck load is secure from now on!

You mean your previous checks of the main deck cargo security were merely cursory?

I, without fail, always checked that boxes with arrows had the arrows pointing UP and that each and every lock on the main deck was UP and locked.

Requalify all ex F/E 's as Loadmasters. Reduced salaries but supervising loads is obviously important. Especially part loads.
