The reason for stepped descent should be fairly obvious. If not, please have a look at the MRA around REVKI.

Jeeze Louise, what's the AOA got to do with it ? Go ahead and quit the AOA, then you can negotiate with the Swire Group yourself.

Regarding PPrUNE, on the basis of the logic and grammar in your post, good bye and good riddance!
