Same leave and 15.5% as Cos99.

The big changes are -
1. Retire 65
2. No bypass pay
3. Reduced salaries

Personally I'm happy with 1 & 2 but 3 needs substantial addressing

Hey Rice power,

No I won't, since you called me a d-head and a moron. Move to BKK and change your name. Anger management may ease the strain with the attorney also....

Seriously, though... I have to agree with Rice Power. This is not the place for posting our salary scales.

All right Pogie, I will modify mine since I am a reasonable guy and your tactful. Live and learn Rice power.

Also, I just learned those 01.01.09 US Unified rates where taken off the table a ways back in answering my own original post.

You can remove it now or you can see me in court.
This is no idle threat.
You signed data privacy legislation and I will hold you to it. You have until 0800z . Anyone who has not removed by then can, along with the administrators of this website, expect a letter from my solicitor.

Rice Power...you are a seriously comical absurd little man. Ooohhh, threats...! Let's see, I earn as a senior captain UK GBP yr 12 approx 10K/month. You can increase/decrease by approx 2% year. Furthermore, anyone who really wants to can find out our salary scales...especially a lawyer. I really don't need to ask why your wife left you do I...?

ps. salary scales are not 'private' under the terms of the legislation.

Rice power, yes sure you will, and you can expect a slander suit from mine for calling me a moron and a d-head. If you would have checked you would have seen I already did it. Keep it up, and I will send your ex a picture of you with those farm animals.

Rice Power...

You naive D!@#head. You don't actually think your wife's solicitor doesn't know exactly what you make do you?
Any moron can search the web and come up with this information.

Although as a matter of etiquette, I do agree with not posting certain information on this "Jerry Springer" forum.

But please take your Mr. Tough Guy "I'll call my lawyer" Bullsh!t somewhere else!!!!

I guess I might be a little confused here!! Going from Cos.99 to Cos.08 unified payscale, will frieghter FOs go across to the SFO or FO payscale?! And how has it been done up 'til now going from freighter to pax FO after the 3 yr. committment is up? Does a freighter FO going to pax start on SFO or FO scale ?!

When your freighter commitment is up you go from FO4 freighter scale to FO4 B-Scale.

How I see it with the present offer, depending on how long you are with CX you will either go from FO2/3/4 freighter scale to the FO2/3/4 unified scale. Where FO2 is a payrise, FO3 is a small paycut (compared to freighter COS) and FO4 is a huge paycut compared to B-scale if you are on USAB.

Yes a huge cut, over $600USD mos. on average for the 6 years we have Unified SFO scales for. This includes the P-Fund contribution a Based USA SFO takes in cash. Just so you can work here another ten years while your COS continues to erode? What if your health declines or you botch your next Line Check? This is like paying for future air. Put that money in a college fund, go back to school and get a real job. CX should not be the center of your universe.
