Wait a sec- a positive, constructive, rational post on PPRuNe?! Just what the hell is going on? Where is the inane bitching and whining that we all know and adore?

Mr Management (sic) -
A review of how to use the word 'whom' would make your missives scan a little better.
Don't you have anything more productive to do than contribute to Pprune??
Good luck with your mortgage!

Crusty Old Fart

Jizzmonkey, if you were to take the time to pull your head out of your own fundamental orifice and check my profile you would note that I am 68 years of age and retired. One thing about when I was in the workforce which seems missing, from those such as yourself, is a bit of respect for others opinion even when you do not agree. Frankly, I couldn't give a toss about your comments, I know I think about mine before I post them.

Jizz.....y

The sad thing is you will probably become what you accused "old fella" of being. You suffer from a severe dose of ENVY and no I am NOT an "A-scaler". Life is never fair, you just have to make the best of it. So stop whining that it is everyone's fault - get over it and grow up.

Notice there is nothing on your public profile - too scared to put something there?

I take it old fella is trying to balance the score sheet in the discussion, an urge I frequently succumb to myself when it becomes too rosy tinted on here. Maybe same dads favourite quote was "where there is smoke there is fire", or "always try and get a clearer picture before you make an informed choice", we may never really know.

Look at the topic, if too much negativity will give you a belly ache maybe you are better of posting substantial evidence on the thread of why this place is still worth considering.

Worth Considering

CruisingSpeed, I'm not trying to balance the score sheet, just trying to assist the initial poster. I've tried to live by my late Dad's advice and it is amazing how often I have found a person to be quite different to how others may have seen them. I guess the point is, make up your own mind based on your own observations rather than those of others.

CX is better than any regional airline - pay, schedule, and benefits. The few majors that still pay better are not hiring in Europe or N. Am. If SA is your home, it seems alot of your former country men like living in HK and OZ alot while working for CX. Any job and place is what you make of it.
