BMI Regional
Am interested in hearing from you if you currently fly for BMI Regional on the ERJ 145 - How is it? Hours flown per month? Roster stability? Where are the bases - MAN, LBA, ABZ, LHR?
Look forward to hearing from you,
145

Monthly hours from 40 to 80 - it depends what AIMS spits out... and if the system is working
Bases: ABZ, EDI, GLA, LBA, MAN, EMA - LHR is only a temporary base - albeit for 2 years now!
The 145 is nice enough to fly and rosters are fairly stable.
No recruitment expected this year. As scratchingthesky said in his post, the hold pool is fairly full with some longterm swimmers!

As far as I remember the sim check is something like this:
Normal take off climbing to 3000' followed by a couple of climbing and descending turns
Vectors to a normal ILS to land
Vectors to a OEI ILS to land
All flown raw data. If you have MS Flight Sim get a copy of the PIC Embraer add-on and practice - the figures that are included in the sim briefing doc work fairly well.
Good luck!
