Description: Successful applicants will operate Cathay Pacific Airways B747 Freighter aircraft from ports within the USA, Europe or the UK. Residents of Canada, the USA, the UK and Europe are eligible to apply. A competitive remuneration package is offered including concessionary travel and medical benefits.
Future opportunities exist for successful candidates, following an initial period solely operating freighter aircraft, to transfer to the passenger fleet and receive a passenger fleet remuneration package.
In addition, successful candidates may be promoted to the position of Captain, in accordance with the requirements of the Company.
First Officer applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
*An ICAO Airline Transport Pilot's Licence (ATPL) (obtained without exemptions) or for Military applicants only, an ICAO Commercial Pilot's Licence (CPL) (obtained without exemptions) with passes in all ATPL ground examinations
* A minimum of 1,000 hours Airline Jet Transport, Command Turbo Prop (MAUW greater than 20,000kgs), High Performance Military Jet, or Command Corporate Jet
*Experience commensurate with age
*A current Class One Medical
*Fluent spoken and written English
